Eligibility for Exchange
- All toys purchased online from Toylicious.pk are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Clearance items, discounted products, or items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for exchange.
- A valid order confirmation email or invoice is required.

Conditions for Exchange
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Must include all original tags, labels, and accessories
- Must be returned in the original packaging (especially for boxed or electronic toys)
- The original invoice must be provided
- For damaged, incorrect, or defective items, photo or video proof is required
