We aim to process and ship orders promptly. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and external circumstances such as weather or courier delays. We are not responsible for any delays or damages during shipping once the package has been handed over to the delivery service.

5. Returns and Replacements

We do not offer refunds or store credits. We only provide a replacement of the same product in the event that the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
